Blissful Yoga Studio

We are the only yoga studio in the heart of Sechelt, and the perfect place to try yoga for the first time, or to build a mindful practice if you have some experience. We offer yoga classes in a variety of styles (hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, prenatal, kids) as well as other fitness classes. If you are unsure of which class will suit you, please give us a call and we would be happy to guide you! No experience necessary and drop-ins are always welcome to our classes. We pride ourselves on the wonderful yoga community our staff and students continue to develop, and invite you to be a part of it!
